Mr. Carpenter is one of several ISO Community Rating System Specialists serving communities in the State of Florida.  He is responsible for reviewing community requests for Community Rating System classification, verifying implementation of activities credited by the CRS, and assisting communities with any questions related to the CRS program.  He has had the privilege of serving in this position for the past 3 years.  Prior to his work with the Community Rating System and ISO, he served as the Stormwater Division Manager, CRS Coordinator and Floodplain Manager for several communities within the Atlanta, Georgia area.
