Dale is a Manager of Community Hazard Mitigation with ISO.  In this capacity, Dale is responsible for the implementation of the Building Code Effectiveness Grading Schedule (BCEGS) at the national level.  Prior to his tenure at ISO, Dale worked for 20 years as a Community Development Director and as a Building Code Official in municipal governments.
