Deady P.A. and specializes in sustainability, climate, environmental, land use, water law and securing grants.  Clients include local governments, Special Districts, private sector, agricultural and Tribal entities related to development and regulatory issues, Gulf of Mexico & Everglades Restoration, water resources, code and land use issues as well as Federal and state litigation on energy, water resources and environmental matters.  Ms. Deady served as Environmental Counsel to Audubon of Florida and worked for the Village of Wellington, the Broward County Department of Planning and Environmental Protection and the SFWMD.
