Khan Boupha, PE, GISP is a water resources engineer and GIS/database programmer with Jones Edmunds & Associates. He has 17 years of experience working on stormwater modeling, watershed management plans, NPDES management, and Geographic Information Systems. Mr. Boupha has authored several database and GIS-linked applications for use in NPDES management, stormwater modeling, stormwater inventory, water quality analysis, as well as hand-held applications for use in the field.
