Shawn College (AICP) has a Bachelor’s Degree in both Economics and Environmental Studies from Rollins College (Winter Park, FL) and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, with a specialization in Environmental Planning (Florida Atlantic University).  Mr. College is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Since 1997 Mr. College has worked for the Hillsborough County City-County Planning Commission, and is responsible for long range comprehensive planning in Hillsborough County and the Cities of Tampa, Plant City and Temple Terrace in the areas of Environmental Protection, Capital Improvements, Utility Infrastructure, and Fiscal and demographic Analysis. Mr. College also serves as Executive Director of the Hillsborough River Interlocal Planning Board. Mr. College has published articles on Planning Information Systems and Agricultural and Environmental Economics and has presented topics at American Planning Association’s National Conferences.
