Tracy Dayton, P.E., CFM is a Project Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager with Jones Edmunds’ Water Resources Department in the Tampa.  Tracy has over 8 years of experience assisting municipalities with the development of surface water models, floodplain mapping, floodway determination, and best management practices that address flood reduction and water quality improvements.
