Mark Hagerty

Mark is a 40 year veteran of the construction industry specializing in floodplain management since 1993. Mark was among the first in the State to obtain the CFM certification in 2001. His floodplain management career began with the City of North Miami where he was an integral part of the floodplain program until his retirement in 2013.

In 2014 he was appointed the Floodplain Administrator and CRS coordinator for the City of Doral, a position he held until 2020 when he returned to construction by accepting a Construction Management position with the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

Mark has been involved with FFMA since its inception. As a Regional Director, a position he held for 6 years, Mark hosted numerous FEMA and FFMA trainings and ASFPM CFM exams during his tenure at the City of Doral. Currently, Mark is the Vice Chair of FFMA.
