Amy is the Compliance Manager with Aon-National Flood Services. One of her primary responsibilities is to work with the various State Departments of Insurance and FEMA regarding policyholder and claimant requests/inquiries. Amy joined National Flood Services in 1993.
Amy attends the NFIP Industry Day Meetings in Washington, DC and is a regular guest panelist at the annual National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Conference.
Amy maintains her Florida General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance License and has been in the insurance industry since 1987. Amy is a Continuing Education instructor and also holds 2 designations, an Associate in National Flood Insurance (ANFI) and the Professional in Insurance Account Management (PIAM) designation. She is a graduate of Gibbs High School, St. Petersburg, FL and she attended St Petersburg College, St. Petersburg, FL campus. Amy resides in Safety Harbor, Florida with her husband Robert and her twin boys, Eric and Bobby who are engineering students at the University of South Florida. Go Bulls!
