Mr. Slover has 18 years of experience working with high resolution topographic and bathymetric data from remote sensing sources to support coastal analyses. Mr. Slover has worked on numerous projects that involve merging of various topographic and bathymetric data sources, including topography and bathymetric Lidar, National Elevation Dataset (NED), NOAA bathymetric datasets, and USACE channel surveys to produce a seamleass topographic/bathymetric DEM. Mr. Slover is an expert in two-dimensional storm surge models and large-scale coastal floodplain mapping projects. He is currently senior technical lead and managing four coastal projects in Florida, whose ultimate goal is update of each County’s Flood Insurance Study (and subsequent Flood Insurance Rate Maps).
